Here it is a small story of this picture:  Spongebob and Adult Baby Sandy
Spongebob caught Sandy dancing while wearing a diaper. Spongebob, who was looking in the window, took a quick picture before running away. Spongebob had an idea. He decided to come over to her Treedome and baby her.
The next day, Sandy woke up to find that she was in a crib and her whole room has been converted to a nursery. There were baby toys, pink painted walls, and a giant playpen. Sandy looked down and noticed she was wearing a baby bonnet around her head, a pink t-shirt that read "Baby Squirrel", mittens, booties, and a diaper with acorns on it. Sandy then heard footsteps approaching. Sandy was surprised to see Spongebob.
"Oh, is baby Sandy finally awake?"Spongebob said, in a cute tone.
"Spongebob, what's going on, and what is with all the baby stuff?" Sandy asked in confusion.
"I saw you wearing a diaper. Looks like I'm your new daddy." Sopngebob smiled ad Sandy.
